רק פריטים במחיר רגיל ניתנים להחזרה, למרבה הצער פריטים במבצע לא ניתנים להחזרה.

We hope you are happy with the items you purchased at our store, but if for some reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, You can change your mind! You can return any item, free of charge, as long as it is unused, no damage has been caused to it and the item is with it's original box/cover.
How do you return an item?
Send us an email to: shop@asufadesign.com with your order number, details of the item you wish to return and the reason.
We will contact you within three business days.
Items can be returned within 14 days from their delivery.
If requested, we will fully refund your purchase and there will be no cancellation fees. Also, you can change for a different Item.
*Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Fragile items will be returned only at the Asufa stores in Tel Aviv, and not by delivery .
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Your refund will be transferred within 14 days after Asufa receives your returned item, in accordance with the guidelines provided by credit card companies.
The refund will be made under the same conditions in which the original transaction was committed (if paid in installments, the refund will also be made in installments).
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Please note:
* for PayPal purchases money reimbursement can only be made through the online store.
* Items purchased on sale can't be returned.
